We built a ranch style home and purchased wood from H.V.& T.G. Thompson Lumber Co. We used wood for our exterior siding, interior walls, ceiling and pre-finished flooring and it looks great! We are very well pleased! Would definitely use them again! Thanks Rhett & Susan!

I’ve used Thompson for two different builds. The first was for a weekend cabin where all the flooring is 6” unfinished heart pine, paneling is 8” V-groove pine paneling 48” high throughout, the window & door trim is 4” clear pine and the base is 6” clear pine. The waste from that build was less than a wheel barrow load. The next project was 3k sf of pre-finished heart pine flooring plus step treads and risers for 2 stair cases in our full time residence. We choose pre-finished for 2 reasons; it was the same price delivered to our door as LVP I had to pick up & it was much better looking than LVP. The flooring is packaged in 7’ bundles that are easy to handle and the vast majority of the pieces are 7’ long. Of all the pieces only about 5 had damage and the waste left over just did fill a 35 gallon trash can. I’ve recommended Thompson to multiple people especially when they find how competitive the prices are against other flooring options
